Group Sessions

Group sessions are scheduled with groups of two or three and last 55 minutes. Before joining a group, you must schedule a private session with our Pilates instructor for the purpose of evaluating your skill level and better understanding your fitness goals. The initial session serves to identify what your body needs in order to create a plan and better match you with a group that has a similar skill level and similar goals.
