Pilates Instructor
Andrea Bridges
Andrea grew up in Louisiana and started dancing since the age of eight. After trying tap and jazz, she discovered her passion for ballet. She accepted an invitation to study in Washington, D.C., at the School of the Washington Ballet where she studied ballet. She later traveled to Moscow and Leningrad to learn the Russian method, Vaganova. After dancing professionally, Andrea served as an Artistic Director and Choreographer in Louisiana, so she could instill her love of movement into others. After losing everything in Hurricane Katrina, she moved to New York to pursue Pilates. After learning from the best of the best, she taught in New Jersey before joining the Agile team in 2014 where she uses Pilates to improve the fitness and healing of her clients.

Physical Therapist
Jill Pinto
PT, DPT
Jill was born and raised in Colorado. She played a variety of sports-- including soccer, rhythmic gymnastics, softball, and skiing/snowboarding-- from a young age which continued through college. She moved to North Carolina after PT school where she met her husband, Christopher, and had their three children-- Alexandria, Evelyn, and Vincent. She has 10+ years serving a broad range of patients in orthopedics, acute care, sports, pediatrics and adolescents,. She was instrumental in filling the void to open pediatric clinics at her last facility. Jill recently moved to Birmingham in July of 2022 and is so far loving the beautiful nature and friendly people. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.

Physical Therapist
Emily Gantt
PT, DPT, LAT, ATC, PAM-GC
Emily is originally from the greater Detroit area in southeast Michigan. Throughout middle and high school, Emily danced at a local studio and attended dance competitions in addition to joining her high school dance team. In college, she continued dancing and choreographing in a student-led dance club on campus. After college, she worked for Henry Ford Health where she provided medical services in the high school setting while working alongside the team physician in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. While in PT school, Emily studied in a Performing Arts Medicine Graduate Certificate Program to expand her treatment capabilities to the performing arts community. She also worked in the performing arts medicine clinic at Shenandoah University, and later spent 3 months working with dancers in the St. Louis Ballet Company.

Samantha Newcomb
PT, DPT
Samantha grew up in the Birmingham area graduating from Thompson High School where she was active in cheerleading and gymnastics. This is where her passion for exercise and rehab began. She loved competing in local and national competitions and was awarded UCA Individual All-Star Cheerleader. Prior to entering Auburn University, she continued working with gymnasts and cheerleaders as a choreographer. While at Auburn, Samantha worked closely with the School of Kinesiology as a student Ambassador. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She is an avid Auburn fan and loves going to football games with her husband and their 3 boys.

Cindy Roszell

She grew up in Northern Kentucky doing martial arts, and achieved a 3rd degree black belt in karate. After earning her degree, Cindy moved to Birmingham to start her physical therapy career where she met her husband shortly after. They have one daughter together. In her free time, she enjoys baking with her daughter and helping with Girl Scouts. She also loves spending time with her family going camping, playing at the lake, and traveling.

Administrative Manager
Mona Myers
Mona was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Growing up, she loved helping others by serving at church and volunteering where needed. Her dedication to serving others continued as she pursued her degree in ministry. In 2013, Mona joined the Agile Team, and continued to volunteer at various charities and nonprofits outside of work. During her time at Agile, she has worked in all capacities of the front office including insurance making her knowledgeable in all areas of administration. In April of 2022, she traveled to Ukraine where she packed cargo vans with supplies in Budapest, Hungary, and drove it to L'viv, Ukraine, to be delivered to civilians and Ukraine's military. In her leisure time, she loves spending time with her friends, family, and two kids going camping or to the beach.

Andrea Brittain

Andrea is originally from Gadsden, AL. She played basketball and softball all 4 years of high school before going to nursing school. She moved to Florida with her family where she aided elementary school children in areas where they struggled academically. In 2018, Hurricane Michael brought them back to Alabama where she started at Agile Physical Therapy soon after. She currently lives in Orlando, FL but works remotely to continue taking care of the Agile family.Andrea has worked in every area of the front office and is knowledgeable from check-in to insurance.
