Karen Johnson

Karen began dancing at the age of 3 in her hometown, Montgomery, Alabama. After pursuing her degree at AUM, she moved to Birmingham and joined Alabama Ballet where she danced professionally for 5 seasons. She continues to be active in the dance world where she enjoys teaching various dance classes to dancers aged 3 to 18. In her free time, Karen loves reading, Pilates, strength training, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She's excited to join the Agile Team where she can fulfill her passion for health and fitness.
