"One of the first things I did when I moved to Birmingham almost 2 years ago, was to look for a very special Pilates instructor. I interviewed many, but knew I had struck "gold" when I met Andrea at Agile Physical Therapy. One private lesson turned into 4 sessions each week. With a pending knee replacement surgery, I also began some Physical Therapy sessions. The PT team and front office staff is warm, caring, accommodating, and very responsive. Detailed notes of each session are kept and the therapists regularly communicate with the appropriate physicians/surgeons. Of course, they don’t offer the option of doing physical therapy in a bed with my husband who also does therapy at Agile, but they do offer all of their clients a warm, friendly clean and very comfortable environment in which to get stronger!"

Interesting Agile Facts
Do we just see dancers?
No, We see all types of injuries and people of all ages. We are, however, the only physical therapy clinic in Alabama that specializes in dance. This all started from the clinical director, Lisa's long history with dance that started at the age of 4! She began to dance professionally at age 13. All of our clinicians here at Agile have some form of experience working with dance.
