She completed her undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2009 and obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2012.
She has been treating patients in the sports medicine field since graduating, and has special interests in care of the overhead and throwing athlete, running injuries, concussion management, and treatment of temporomandibular dysfunction.
She is also trained in trigger point dry needling in the treatment of myofascial pain.
Since joining the Agile Team in January of 2019, she has completed Reformer 1 training though Balanced Body University and looks forward to continued training in the near future.
Sarah enjoys traveling with her husband, Brandon, being outdoors with her black lab, Breesy, and spending time cooking.
She is an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers.
